Can I use the SendGrid API directly?

We offer a SendGrid-compatible HTTP API endpoint as a drop-in replacement; no code changes if you're already using SendGrid's library.

What about template management?

Customer-side. We host the SMTP relay; templates and rendering belong with the application. Most operators use MJML or a framework's built-in templating (Rails action_mailer, Django send_mail, etc.) on the application side.

How do you measure deliverability?

Real-time dashboard on SMTP-10k and SMTP-50k: delivery rate, bounce rate, complaint rate per domain. Webhooks for bounces and complaints integrate with the application incident-response flow.

Can I send from a custom domain?
