Brief packet loss on Bucharest peering link
INC-2026-04-22 · 2026-04-22 14:08 UTC → 2026-04-22 14:23 UTC · 15 minutes
Upstream carrier Voxility experienced a brief routing anomaly affecting one of two transit links into the Bucharest datacenter. Traffic re-routed automatically via the secondary peer; observable impact was sub-3% packet loss for 15 minutes on UDP-based workloads. No SLA credit triggered. Carrier post-mortem received and filed.
Scheduled maintenance — Iceland kernel rolling upgrade
INC-2026-04-09 · 2026-04-09 02:00 UTC → 2026-04-09 03:42 UTC · 1h 42m (per host, ~6 minutes customer-visible)
Pre-announced rolling kernel upgrade across Reykjavík hypervisors. Each VPS migrated live with sub-2-second handoff; customers running latency-sensitive workloads saw a momentary blip during their host's migration window. All hosts returned to baseline within the announced window. Status page advisory was published 7 days in advance per SLA.
Card2Crypto webhook delivery delays (~9 minutes)
INC-2026-03-31 · 2026-03-31 18:14 UTC → 2026-03-31 18:23 UTC · 9 minutes
Card2Crypto.org reported elevated webhook latency upstream — ~9 minute delay on provisioning callbacks for card-paid orders. Crypto-paid orders (OxaPay) unaffected. Existing pending orders auto-recovered when the upstream cleared. New orders during the window saw a delayed but successful provisioning. Card2Crypto published their own RCA the next day; no action required on our side.
