Pick your crypto at checkout
On /checkout, click 'Pay with crypto'. You're routed to OxaPay's hosted page where you pick the specific ticker (BTC, XMR, USDT-TRC20, etc.). The amount is locked in USD-equivalent at the moment of invoice creation; the corresponding crypto amount follows the spot rate at that instant.
Confirmation times
Lightning Network: 1–5 seconds. USDT-TRC20: ~3 minutes (19 confirmations on Tron). Solana: ~30 seconds. Bitcoin (on-chain): ~10–30 minutes (1–3 confirmations). Monero: ~20 minutes (10 confirmations).
What if the price moves?
OxaPay locks the rate at invoice creation. The invoice has a 30-minute expiry; if you pay within that window, the agreed amount is honored regardless of intra-window price movement. After 30 minutes, the invoice expires and you'd need to generate a fresh one.
What if I underpay?
OxaPay applies a 2.5% under-paid tolerance — small fee miscalculations don't fail the order. Larger underpayments mark the invoice as 'partial' and you can top up with a second transaction.
Refunds in crypto
Refunds settle back in the same crypto you paid with, at the USD-equivalent of the original payment converted to the current crypto rate. This protects both sides from intervening price moves. See the Refund Policy at /legal/refund.
